My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2021....... Wednesday Walk 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's been another wonderful and active day; time has really flown and am raring to go with some of the trending stories and also my stepping activities of the day. As always thank you for stopping by and let's get it done 💨.
So as usual, I started early with the fast paced morning session. Brisk walking 👣 and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. That morning breeze 🍃 was unbelievable and I did enjoy that session 💯.
By ten o'clock, I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, all quiet except for the usual political shenanigans 😹. The plannedemic vaccinations kept going.
Speaking of the plannedemic, Netherlands covid cases have increased by 500% in the space of one week 😱; mostly spread by young asymptomatic people. In France, they celebrated Bastille day with an army parade 👏. In south Africa fears of food and medicine shortages following the looting and vandalism.
In crypto land, bitcoin continued it's sideways movement hanging on 32k level. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre 🌲. Walked around for a while, completed my errands and then headed home 🏡.
Next came my usual nap 💤 dreaming off until sometime early evening when I got up feeling quite energetic 💪 and rejuvenated 💯.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
In Afghanistan the Taliban have taken over a major border crossing as they continued expanding their sphere of influence😬. Elsewhere protests in Iraq after a deadly fire 🔥 killed 92 people two days ago 😱. They blamed it on govt negligence.
As the evening set in I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I followed the usual route and made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
