11219 and Wall Paintings on My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2020
Hi all,
One special activity for the day was cleaning overhead tank which was not cleaned for long. It get hot in sun all day and becomes little soft. When I try to enter inside, all my body weight fell on my arms on tank opening 😆
I almost thought I broke or damaged the tank 😆😆 it happens when you put on more weight day by day and year by year.
Cleaning was a tough task as sitting inside the tank and sweating like I have had a bath was horrible. Then come out and clean with a cloth and allow it to dry. Huffington and none of it was tracked on my activity.
I took a longer terrace walk in the evening and after dinner too.

It's the overhead synthetic plastic tank used for water storage and supply for our house 😊
