Hi all,

Pulling up an old gallery saved photo of upittu I had for morning breakfast. Posting it on my activity and health as skipping breakfast was an habit which resulted in acidity and from past year having breakfast in time has set few things right.

Dont skip breakfast

My activity for the day was a solid walk and house work and cleaning terrace after the rain.
