Garden work, house work, evening walk

Dear Friends,

In the morning, I picked banana combs from the garden. They will be sold in the market.

Today, I bought some aluminium mesh to make some trays for the dehydrator. I intended to install for trays but if I want to do sell the dehydrated food, I would need bigger or more trays. I will see to what extent I can expend.

In the evening, I walked over half a mile in the park and did some physical exercises inside. I want to reduce my body weight and increase my stamina.

Today, I didn't feel good because I found I was reacting on depressing things. I found I recovered from it when I stopped reacting to those feelings..

Those are some of the activities for today.
