My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2025

Dear Friends,

In this morning, I visited the meditation center to see if it was operating well during the 10 days meditation session. I am one of the trustees of the meditation center so I have responsibility to support its operations and today is the fourth day of the meditation session. I had vegetarian breakfast there before I returned home.

In the afternoon, I ran errand for my mother giving a lift to the court and downtown. And when I arrived home, I erected the last post of the fence. Now, I need to install cement planks as the fence.

Last time, when I was not successful in troubleshooting the water purificaiton machine - I could not inject salt water called brine into the lime filter (water softener) because it didn't suck it well. Today, after I run 'brine refill' stage for about three minutes and the softener could drew the salt water in normally as before. Below is the stages of maintenance to the water softener and how I did it.

In the evening, I walked one round in the park as a physical exercise. It was half a mile distance.
