Poranek przywitał mnie cudownym wschodem słońca.

Dzisiejszy dzień, choć poświęcony na regenerację po wczorajszym bieganiu, to i tak był bardzo aktywny.

Cóż z tego, skoro mój "kochany" Actifit kolejny raz wywinął mi numer, i się wyłączył na dwie godziny.... 🤬

Jutro miałem zaplanowany drugi dzień regeneracji przed niedzielnym treningiem, ale przed chwilą plan się zmienił, gdyż napisał do mnie kumpel, który nadzoruje moje treningi, i wyciągnął mnie na jutrzejsze bieganie w nieznanym mi terenie.

Będzie fajnie 😀
