Górski marszobieg: April 28 2021

To był zajebisty dzień.

Tak jak mówiłem (a raczej pisałem) potrzebowałem jakiejś aktywności na "odmulenie".

Ostatnie tygodzień zszedł mi na walce z katarem i ogólnym lekkim przeziębieniem.

Na szczęśnie wszystkie "bolączki" już za mną, i można wrócić do aktywności.

Ledwo młody wrócił z delegacji od babci, pierwsze pytanie po wejściu do domu brzmiało "kiedy idziemy na rower".
Odpowiedź była bardzo prosta - "teraz".

Krótką przejażdżka pomogła mi dobrze rozgrzać nogi.

Po powrocie do domu ubrałem buty do biegania w terenie, i ruszyłem w góry. Bez większego planu, gdyż chciałem sprawdzić na co stać mój organizm po tym chwilowych "zasiedzeniu".

Oczywiście szczegóły tego treningu opiszę w raporcie BfObD (mam jeszcze jeden zaległy raport z wyjścia na Pilsko), ale mogę teraz napisać, że jestem mega pozytywnie zaskoczony tym, na co pozwoliła mi moja "forma" 😉.
