Pierwsze km'y do rozpoczynającej się dziś ligi POLIAC Actifit zaliczone.

Light'owa dyszka.

Delikatny rozruch po sierpniowym lenistwie 😁

Miałem w planie 5 km, ale dobrze szło, więc dociągnąłem do dyszki, chociaż koło 8go km miałem kryzys.

Wydolnościowo było w miarę nieźle, ale kolana zaczęły się odzywać. Jak zwykle - jestem za ciężki na bieganie 🤣
