Hello, actifiters!

How are you all doing?

I haven't been able to make my actifit a post because I've been going out on my walks a little late for the past few nights so I don't have to bump with my neighbors around the condominium.

Aside from doing house chores, last night I went on my night routine, jogged and walked around the community for a total of three hours. I also climb up and down on the stairs for at least 5 minutes.

Well yesterday I pretty much killed my legs with a bunch of body weight workouts. Today though it's the upper body's turn to burn till tomorrow! :D
