We all can agree that staying fit through a quarantine is good for our mental and physical health.

While am eating my way through this quarantine and probably a little too much as an excuse to try to keep my anxiety at bay, I have stop sitting at the same chair where I always love to munch and rather move around more and stay out the kitchen if possible! Haha
