What keeps me motivated with my workout during this quarantine?
I wear my sports clothes on top of my pajama! 😂
Just kidding, that's just ridiculous, but am pretty sure if I Google it somebody already did it before.
Let's be honest, jumping into your workout routine now a days isn't as spontaneous like before.
What I do is, make a plan the night before what will be my workout for the next day. Although, there are days that I'll wake up and I won't feel like doing that workout, so I do something that I feel like doing for that day.
Setting up a workout plan really helps motivate and that way we don't procrastinate, coz the more that you take a long time thinking what workout you should be doing for that day the more that you'll get lazy.
Wearing Active wears! Wearing my home clothes does not really motivate me much to workout good. I have to dress up like am going the the gym. It gives me a mind set that is have an intention to workout and have a great workout!

Yesterday I walked around the community in the afternoon then at night I use the kettle bell for my weight training workout focusing on glutes.
