The outdoor gym last night was empty, as always, so I had a great time working out. I also brought my resistance band so I can some different exercises since we only three equipments at the outdoor gym.

I did a full body workout for an hour and a half. During the day I went for a walk and jog, that puts my whole fitness activities yesterday.
