My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2020

I dont know if some of you noticed but i haven't made as many reports lately. It's not because i'm not interested it's more that i havent felt as good and therefore didn't do as much activity. I've been nursing a back injury(nothing big, just hurts) so i havent felt compelled to go out as much. I still commute to work on my bike and i still plan on participating in the great cycling challenge starting tomorrow, assuming i can find a road bike as they are sold out around here.

Yesterday, i forgot my mask(doh) so i couldnt go anywhere but work. I wanted to go do groceries but i guess i will tonight after work.
