New bike chain... My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2020

For the past few weeks, i had this weird rubbing feeling when riding my bike. It seems that after over 7100km in all weather, the chain was due to get changed. It was the stock chain and it seemed cheap compared to the one i got. My next step will be to get a new derailleur. Mine was seriously damaged this winter and it cant shift up anymore 😅. I should have known better and greased that puppy every week.

So beyond that, most of my daily activity was from me carrying plants onto carts and whatnot. Have a nice evening and don't forget to stay active!
