They denied my suggestions instantly. Looks like they got some 100% certainty (from somewhere) that they couldn’t have the virus despite having all the respiratory symptoms.

Why did they even come to you, if they already thought they knew better?? I really don't understand people like this. Trusting the internet or suggestions from non-medical friends rather than the medical professionals..

That'a good questions. Everyday, I am getting a good number of patients with the same mentality. They don't want to know the reason for their illness. They just want the symptomatic managements.
