My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2020

Today I am doing again some exercise by walking on treadmill. I like doing treadmill for about 15-20 minutes in the morning before going to work and 15 minutes in afternoon. I am usually comfortable to walk at 3-3,5 walk pace. It’s good for my walking.

I think doing walking on treadmill is a nice activity. I would love to do it everyday. It’s enough for 15 minutes on treadmill. I may continue walking in doing my daily activities. For example, walking a long the corridor at our hospital.
