My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2022
Happy Weekend you all.
I wasn't able to reach my 10k goal today.
I was busy doing laundry and general cleaning around the house. I started doing my exercise at 9 pm. It's a 30 minute dance exercise, 20 minutes jog in place, and 5 minutes moving planks.
Sharing with you another aerobic dance workout by Bipasha Basu.
I always do this since cryptofitchallenge.
