My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2025

Finally, it's the last day of June, which means I get to post my perfect attendance Apple rings for this month! I haven’t achieved a perfect attendance—meaning closing all my Apple rings for an entire month—in a year. The last time I did it was back in July 2024, while I was preparing for our trip to Canada.
Wow, I didn’t think I could do this again, especially with my love-hate relationship with working out. This is also my personal best since I started closing Apple rings back in 2020 during the pandemic.
Only 1/3 of the days this month did I close the red ring (kcal burned) below 1000 kcal. That’s insane! Before, I couldn't even close my 350 kcal daily target, and now, for 2/3 of the month, I burned more than 1000 kcal! There was even one day I almost reached 2000 kcal. I still can’t believe I did that, all in one month. Phewww!
Now the real challenge is staying consistent. My usual tendency is to stop once I hit a goal, then go on a trip. And while traveling (and even after), the motivation fades, and I go back to my lazy, couch potato self.
But for now, a pat on the back for me. Good job, self! Hahaha 😄
