When Lag Hits you Hard
It has been almost three months on Hive for me. I have been very enthusiastic about the platform. It shows in my level of engagement as i would be spending more than three hours reading and commenting on posts everyday.
For the first time in those three months, i did not post, comment or upvote as many times on Hive in the last two days. I was busy with the baby and had to skip my running as well.
All good in the hood. 8 am back today with this daily journal which none reads. A lot has happened here. @leofinance launched a new leodex website and i am excited. I still need that new blogging interface as promised by the team.
Looking forward to more engagement on Hive as the market is heating up with BTC and ETH price hike.

Don’t be so sure no one reads it! Also a lot of people filter out anything tagged Actifit so they don’t show up on their feeds. Could be one of the reasons!
What is that picture lol I can’t figure it out. At first I thought it was a piece of cake. Now it looks like a gravy boat with a candle in it.

It is part of a Hindu ritual that we did for our son who turned one yesterday. We lit a candle in that metal structure (specific to Hindu/eastern culture) using sesame oil and cotton threads. It is one of the many other instruments and thread we use for these celebrations.

No worries. It's safe until our generation but I am not sure if the next generation will continue this. Who knows what will happen in future?😌

That's the spirit. Yes, the back of the metal instrument with a cap like structure are of "Nagas". We have this for our traditional worshipping puja of our deities.

I have downloaded and used Dapplr. I used it exclusively for almost a week. It's a nice app. But, I feel the app is not as smooth as I initially thought. There are glitches with post and picture display. Hopefully, it will get better with time. I am still using it when I am not home and had to access Hive.
