My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2020
Greetings and Happy Wednesday Everyone!
Thanks for being here and welcome to my wonderful fitness report. Today’s a wonderful lovely day.
I took my morning walk early this morning and once again I wasn’t the only one walking out and about around the neighborhood. There were quite a few people enjoying walking, jogging, running, and cycling. People were loving it outdoors despite of the crisis we’re facing. We’re aware of the social distancing measures and using it appropriately knowing we’re all getting through this sooner or later.
Come afternoon the sun was shining beautifully with big fluffy white clouds up in the sky it was inviting hence I took another walk in the nature trail park. Had a lovely time listening to nature as well as taking pictures of nature. A few people were there too visiting and enjoying the nature trail park.
Much later in the afternoon, I went walking to the downtown and had a takeout dinner . And here are some pictures I snapped.
and then I went shopping to the metro market. After shopping and got what I needed I drove back home.
And that pretty much how i spent my day today and how I achieved my stepping activity.
