My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2020
Hello Everyone,
Thanks for stopping by and for joining me with my fitness for today as I try to lay out and describe how it went. All went well. Nothing out of the ordinary. As usual, pretty much the same in many ways.
But yeah, still let’s get on with it shall we? But first, how was yours today? Awesome, I take it.
Well, as for me, well, I woke up at 6a.m. this morning and half an hour later I was out and about walking in the neighborhood. Morning was beautiful time and part of day to walk around lots of cool air circulating around, hence you don’t get sweaty.
I was playing Wordscapes and also taking pictures of flowers alongside the sidewalk.
Got back home after 8 a.m. Rested, ate breakfast and watched videos on YT. I also read and voted some Actifit posts.
In the afternoon, I needed to go to the store for grocery shopping; a few essentials I needed at home.
I also stopped by at Starbucks inside the Main Exchange and got a tall white chocolate mocha then I sat outside sipping my drink and watched people passing by.
Came home and now getting ready to watch Netflix.
