My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2020
I did my walk around the neighborhood this morning and I walked for over an hour. Weather’s always nice and pleasant most of the time in the morning as you’re not bothered by the heat compared to walking at midday where the heat is more intense.
I returned home before 10 a.m. and I rested for a little bit and right away did some housecleaning. Still not done with it. Will finish it tomorrow.
Watching the news and also took a little time to read some of your posts. And now trying to order dinner online cause I’m tired.
