My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2020
Greetings Everybody,
And happy Sunday.
Welcome to today’s fitness report.
So, today was really a gorgeous day. Fantastic weather all day long.
Tremendous cool breeze flowing every now and then. But before this it was drizzling just a tiny bit.
I started off running then brisk-walking and back to running again and then walked all the way home. It felt good to have completed my workout.
When I came home I was just resting and relaxing got cleaned up, watched the news, enjoyed some shows on Netflix and listened to a few videos on YouTube talking about cryptos.
Then finally took my leisure walk down the trail. It’s always a beautiful feeling to be able to connect oneself with nature. The sounds you hear there aren’t bothersome compare to city sounds; rather it’s more nerve-calming in my perspective.
