And happy Wednesday. Welcome to another fitness report.

Another workout done around the neighborhood this morning where it was cloudy with cool breeze flowing everywhere I went. I had a fantastic workout under the sun and got an automaticwin with 12k steps.

At home I watched the news and just now the VP debate. I also watched one of the series on Netflix called the Bad Boy Billionaires: India.
