My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2020
Hi Everyone!
I’m back. I took a break yesterday and had a good sleep last night feeling well rested.
And this morning I woke up to a beautiful day with the sun shining brightly. And so, shortly, I embarked on a brisk walk and 2.75mi run around the neighborhood. It was a great workout and I felt great.
I saw another bunch of migrating birds today heading north I think. They were lovely to look at in my view, anyways.
After my morning activity and after getting cleaned up, I headed out to the grocery store for grocery shopping. So many people at the store buying thanksgiving stuff for thanksgiving dinner they’ll be having. Yup!
Oh, I’ll try not to bombard this app with photos cause evidently it won’t or don’t allow to show all of it after posting. Its space probably is limited.
