Greetings Everyone!

Good day and welcome to another fitness report.

Woke up late today after watching a lot of YouTube videos late last night about cryptos and tidbit news.

But today’s weather was pretty lovely, so I decided that I’d take a walk at the waterfront at Ruston for a change since I haven’t been there in a while.

It was nice to walk close to the water with cool breeze. The atmosphere was bright and lively. Lots of people were out today being physically active under the sun and even the seagulls were pretty much active too flying around everywhere.

I also end up walking around the downtown late this evening.

And that pretty much it for today folks. Lol.😀
