My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2021
Happy Sunday Everyone and a warm welcome to my fitness report.
Such another beautiful day. I woke up really really bright and early this morning. And right away started with my stretching exercises and doing some jumping jacks, sit-ups and push-ups, and running-in-place.
Then I went outside and took a long walk around the neighborhood. It was cool morning with cool breeze and the smell of breeze very pleasantly amazing and refreshing. I had a fantastic time walking out and about.
I returned home much energized and refreshed. At home I rested and relaxed. I watched shows on Netflix and also continuing with my sewing project at home.
While I was out and about I took few photos of nature I’d love to share with everyone.
And that pretty much how my stepping day went by today. Thanks for stopping by.
