On writing vacations
After several days not happy with the results of my posts at Steemit, I finally decided to stop writing. During this days the main difference I feel is... relieve. Not having to think about what to write or the upvotes I receive is a good improvement in my daily life.
However, this time I want to make an exception and write again because the big activity I had.
Yesterday I went to the university to sign my job contract. However, what I expected as a fast procedure ended with visiting 5 distant buildings around the campus, with a total time of 3 hours and a half without sitting not a single time. The burocracy procedures of my university, even at times of digital revolution and electronic media, are still long and obsolete.
However I am happy because I am finally getting paid for my research. I will be working at a laboratory in the physics faculty, and I will be researching for more environmentally friendly solutions for water desalinization. I am still getting into the topic, reading lots of papers about this completely new field for me, but I think I will like it because I always have been interested in environment-related research.
On the afternoon, I went with my mother for a walk and she bought a new swimming cap for her aqua-gym classes.
