It was a day of rest today so I took some quiet walks around the seaside.

It has been quite busy in the last while with work and following up on the news on COVID 19 virus.

It is time to rest the brain a while and see what is happening with some serenity.

So today I decided to have no work and also no exercises with anyone and no hiking.

Just went for a refreshing quiet walk near home you to do sone reflection.
