My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2021

The storm came and went so I decided to take a break and not to go swimming and let the water settle.

We have been blessed with some good weather last week as I amosr went swimming everyday.

This week not so much.

The weather is really hot these days with high temperature. Other than going swimming, I cant see what kind of exercise you can do in this hot weather other than just taking a stroll in the evening.
