Tons of activity including SPUD and delegating SP to Actifit on My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2020

I was extremely busy today with different activities.

  • washed a car at one of those quarter operated car washes.
  • walked 5000 steps this morning
  • pulled weeds and raked the front yard
  • walked through 2 parking lots to pickup my Starbucks coffee markout for the week, and also grabbed a free Starbucks tumbler with some expiring Starbucks rewards.

  • I walked 4000 steps this evening, and I got a quality arm workout to keep my guns in the running for the #getinshapechallenge.

I powered up 77 steem and I delegated some more Steem Power to @actifit.
