My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2020

Nothing exciting to report, but I scored 10,000 steps for today’s @actifit Report Card.

Most of my steps were accumulated during my shift at Starbucks.

I walked a few extra blocks to and from work.

I shoveled dirt for two hours before work. I strained my shoulder a little with the digging, but it feels good enough to shovel some more.

I plan on doing more yardwork before dark, but this leather couch feels real nice.
