I walked 5000 steps early this afternoon and then I drove the family up to Kaweah Lake.
The family and I spent 2 hours at a quiet spot, and I walked around 7000 steps.
@luvbnamome and I filled a trash bag full of broken glass and fish line.
We usually drive up to the Sequoia National Park, but it has been so busy in recent months, so the lake had to do.
I took an old man nap after the drive home, and I found a little energy to get more steps before sunset.
