The highlight of today’s @actifit activity was a walk through the Kaweah Oaks Preserve with @daniel-san and @theharvey.

It was a little too much activity in the heat of the day for the boys, but they survived.
The boys actually accumulate a lot more activity than me, because they do a lot more running.
It felt like a 5 mile walk, but we only accumulated 4000 steps during our small wilderness adventure.
The boys and I walked through our favorite city park this evening, and I let the boys run wild.
