Kettlebell workouts- My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2021
@luvbnamome was in bed most of the day, so I watched over the boys. I wasn’t able to get out and walk for the minimum 5000 @actifit steps.
The boys played outside most of the day, so I was able to get some serious kettlebell workouts done. Worked the biceps, triceps, deltoids, traps, hamstrings and calves to failure.
I didn’t have my tracker on me during the kettlebell workouts, so I will have to settle for the steps accumulated during my walks to the backyard.
The boys and I ran around the yard some, but that was about it.
