Family Walk - My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2021

The boys and I walked around the local High School campus this afternoon. The campus landscape is full of nandina, and @daniel-san loves to pick the berries.

I wasn’t at 5000 steps until after I walked through the local grocery store for cherries this evening. I have to eat cherries during the season.

I did a few sets of push-ups today, and did a few quick kettlebell workouts.

Feel strong, but I’m exhausted. Thank you for the support.
