I wanted to score a 30,000 @actifit step count today, and I achieved it. It has been several months or years since I scored 30,000 steps.

I started walking just after 6:30 am, and I walked by this convertible Ford.

I walked home to drink some water and rest my feet after scoring 10k, and then I did some shopping for cherries and distilled water.

After the shopping, I did another solo walk up to nearly 20,000 @actifit steps.

The family and I drove up to the Sequoia National Park to play in the river after my second long walk, and I gained 2000 steps walking up and down the trail to the river.

I was exhausted after the drive down from the river, but I forced my feet out the door.

I only walked around 4000 steps in the extreme heat, so I had to walk later in the evening to score another 4000 steps.

I feel good , but I am exhausted.
