I wanted 10,000 @actifit steps, but it’s just too hot to be out walking in the middle of the day.

I’ve been cleaning my old cast iron plates in vinegar baths with stainless pads, and then painting early in the morning instead of going for walks.

I’ve been motivated to liquidate most of my old life. In my early 20s to early 30s, I had a small house full of weight machines and free weights.

I sold most of the commercial machines before @daniel-san was born, but I still have all my plates from my teenage years.

I’ve been doing kettlebell and dumbbell workouts recently, so I have no need for 2000 pounds in plates.
