My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2021

Last night it was the longest night as we are now in mid winter. I went for my normal morning walk at 6:00 in the morning. Although it is cold, I could still walk with a short pants, although I do have a warm sweatshirt for my body.

You can see in the photo that the sky is clear, this will be the darkest it will get on my morning walk.

Although I walked my normal 6000 plus steps, my phone only registered 1079 steps. I don't know what the issue is, this has happened a few times already.

We are now in the middle of our 3rd Covid 19 wave, and a lot of people are becoming ill.
