My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2022

Yesterday was not such a normal day at work as some employees were striking and picketing outside the offices.

I left work a bit early, to pick up the fuel tank of the classic Beetle I have bought recently. It was badly rusted, thus I had if cleaned and relined.

I hope that the unions and the company reach an agreement soon, as the strike is affecting the company and the economy quite badly. (I work for the South African railways)

Hectic sightings. Always scary when it happens. Do you know what they were striking about? I am out of the loops when it comes to politics.

Hopefully they don’t get violent? I heard today in Pretoria somewhere some violent protesters threw rocks at cars. One poor lady’s car got dented pretty badly.
