My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2021
Hey alright - I made Tuesdays goal. Two brief dog walks and some stair climbing (aka a step bench) got me to 10k. It's not the most strenuous activity, but it does get the heart rate up as well as tone the legs. With some luck, I'll be in ok shape to start climbing the local bluff in the morning when spring returns.
