My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2021

Humidity and heat are still around...and everyone's air conditioning is kicking. My allergies are driving me insane, and it's too early to have cold air blowing on my neck at work. I mean, I'm still wearing flannels to work here just to survive my office!

Sweat then cold aside, I had a good morning Mabel walk, as well as a fantastic morning hike. The forest was alive with crickets and birds...it's a very nice time of year to enjoy the great outdoors when possible.

So far so good this week with goals. No rain in the forecast, so I'm thinking I'll get 5-6 solid days of exercise in.
