My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2026

Greetings to all health and sports enthusiasts! 🏋️‍♂️
​I’ve finally managed to get back to tracking my physical activity and posting reports in this wonderful app, Actifit. I should mention that I’ve stayed active; however, due to a heavy workload at my computer, I haven’t had the time to post updates. 💻
​Today is a new day, and I’m happy to share my latest report! Most of today was spent working, but when I found some free time, I went for a walk through the city. First, I strolled along the riverbank, and then I headed to my favorite outdoor gym. 🌳
​It was quite chilly, so I made sure to dress warmly for an outdoor workout. I focused on just two exercises:
​Chest Press (you can see photos of this machine below). 📸


​Seated Cable Row for the back. 🛶
​I did 3 sets of 8–10 reps, which felt just right.

Feeling satisfied, I’m back at my computer working and happy to share this with the community. 🤝
