Don't call anyone a bully. Just saying that makes you a bully. Call by name.
The saints of God correct sinners with love. On the contrary, the hand of the oppressive society will be visible in making the culprit a real criminal.
These criminals and these sinners are part of our society. Had they been reformed, their numbers would not have increased.
