My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2025

It is beginning the rainy season in my country, that means that of the two climatic seasons began winter, and at this time I have an allergy that makes me sick, itchy face, eyes, and nose also I sneeze frequently and I forget how nice life is, with that discomfort I have days like that, anyway I have to move forward and I went to the gym to aerobics class and then I did a shoulder routine, since my legs still hurt from Monday's exercises, and yesterday I did chest and back, so I had to do shoulders, tomorrow being Labor Day there are no activities anywhere, everything will be closed so I will stay at home doing trades, but no exercise, I will be back to the gym on Friday. Está comenzando la temporada de lluvias en mi país, eso significa que de las dos estaciones climáticas comenzó invierno, y en esta época se me alborota una alergia que me pone mal, me pica mucho la cara, los ojos, y la nariz además estornudo frecuentemente y se me olvida lo linda que es la vida, con ese malestar tengo días así, de igual forma hay que seguir adelante y me fui al gimnasio a la clase de aeróbics y luego hice una rutina de hombros, ya que las piernas aún me duelen de los ejercicios del día lunes, y ayer hice pecho y espalda, por lo que me tocaba hacer hombros, mañana por ser el día del trabajador no hay actividades en ninguna parte, todo estará cerrado así que me quedaré en casa haciendo oficios, pero no ejercicio, estaré de vuelta el gimnasio el día viernes. Me despido deseando que tengan un hermoso día.
