My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2025

Yesterday was a day of physicsl rest for me. Today, I spent all day at the property trying to get it ready for listing next week.

The plan was to apply deck brightener to the dock and wait for the contractor to come in and do the pressure washing.

It didn't quite work out that way. His other job ran for seven hours instead of three hours, so he never made it to my place.

I came in around eight in the morning, and while I was waiting for him, I did weeding and cleaned some algae from the fence I missed.

Mowed the lawn, fertilized it, and did a partial restore on the irrigation system. I had to locate where the sprinklers were under the grass and dig them out as they were not coming through the grass that grew on top of them.

Then I found out that the contractor was not able to come around four pm and did the whole dock myself.
