My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2025

Today was a Father's Day. I had a really nice day. My daughter gave me a present, which was a canvas drawing of a blue alpaca and three bars of soap :)

We also played with her collection of alpacas, the usual pretend game. This is new to me as our first son did not do those types of games. Boys don't do that kind of pretend games.

Girls build out a whole world of various couples and families and kids out of various toys. Right now is the alpaca season. Before that, there were cats, wolfs, unicorns, etc.

Our son surprised us with paying for us at a nice restaurant for Father's Day today. This was the first time he did something like this.

He is going to be twenty-four this November, and he has been working for Amgen for a few years now.

He was hired straight after college for a fully remote position, and he has been working there ever since.

We had a nice conversation, and afterwards, he went to his place, and we walked around a little bit looking at some really nice paintings, furniture, and other beautiful things for the house. We didn't get anything. It was more of a pleasure and idea generation thing.

Today started a new season in Splinterlands, I was pleasantly surprised by taking a third spot in Wild Diamond league leaderborad and getting three hundred thousand glint tokens.

As most of my cards are maxed out, I spent all of that glint plus fifty thousand more on ten legendary reward cards.

That took care of all legendary cards for this coming season, the rest I will be spending on various chests to get extra energy, merits for maxing out my gladiator cards and hopefully getting some more legendary reward cards.

I continue accumulating more SPS tokens as well as Hive tokens. Hopefully we will get a bull run in Hive and SPS in the next five years. That is my timeline. I am playing a long game here.

My shorter time frame plan is speculative altcoins on Coinbase such as Aerodrome Finance, Ondo and an AI play: Near.

We also watched our current show that we are into: Tracker. It is a good show featuring lots of outdoor nature, woods and they even featured Seattle and Orcas Island in one of the recent episodes.

I really like the nature part of the show, plus it is totally safe for our eleven year old. Plus my ladies really like the main character who is tall, dark and handsome 😀

So overall I had a great Father's Day and I have my ladies and our son to thank for making this day really special for me!

I am going into a new work week rested out and with lots of positive energy.

Hope you all had a great Father's Day as well.

Tracker is a good show. It's one of our favorites too. I'm not a father, but my day was pretty busy too. We got home from camping, then I had to mow the lawn finally I played a round of disc golf with my buddy. Logged close to 18,000 steps which is quite a lot for me.
