My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2020
Great day deserves a great View. Although this picture is from today, I think it fits my daily activity pretty well from yesterday. I managed to go for a run in the morning is about 4 miles, I would love to show you my Garmin report but it is. They're having to data issues and their website call centet and everything else is down today so you get this panoramic view instead.
I also went for a nice 3 to 4 Mile Walk last night Frank before dusk. That really help Dad to the step count since running doesn't give me that many. I only get about 2,000 steps walking mile, and about half of that when I run. I think any day I can head over 15,000 while working all day and have him seven and a half hours worth of calls is a great day.
I know not everyday will be like this but it was a pretty good summer day. Much better than the 40 below that I know was coming this winter.
