My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2020
Come on Carmen enough of this get your act together and get your crap fixed so I can post my status little bit better
This is like the third or fourth day in a row maybe it's been a week now or Garbage been down quite frustrating to have all my stuff tracked but yet not recorded.
I did know the lawn yesterday and then spray it down for weeds. And I got a three and a half mile run in even though it was 90 degrees and humid. Decent amount of steps that they run really took it out of me the heat cooked a lot more energy than I anticipated. Not to mention to be about 2 hours drinking ice water to cool down afterwards. I do love summer, but this heat and humidity just roast me. I swear I'm mostly Viking and I'm built for 40 degrees to - 40 degrees and plenty comfortable.
I'm hoping to have about a week straight of 10 to 15000 step days we'll see if I can keep this up.
