It was another full day of hiking walking Gator Chase ping pong kickball and everything else we could cram in.
I had plans to work out either with kettlebells or running, but I am seriously sore from the gator taste. I guess it has been a long time since I've changed Direction at a full Sprint at quickly or run on uneven ground. My lower calves and ankles are really feeling it and I haven't done much of anything as far as it actual workout.
This week looks like it could be a lot of rain, and driving. I'm pretty sure my step count is going to drop off a lot starting on Tuesday
